Product Inspector, based on technical skill

• CODY & ST provides ‘Before Service’ which is periodical filter changing and maintenance with well-trained technical skill.

Interactive Reporter, between customer and company

• After CODY checks customer satisfaction and collects customer’s opinion and needs about provided service, CODY reports the information to company. • CODY communicates face-to-face with customer, providing the information from company.

Service Specialist, creating idea about service

• Based on experience with customer, CODY creates and proposes better ways to provide service to customer.
